These PONCHO LINERS are used by the US ARMY and USMC to line their ponchos (that's what the attachment strings are for) to use as cold wet weather poncho/coats or folded in half for a lightweight sleeping bag. They are made of ripstop nylon with polyester batting for warmth - but will also dry quickly in any weather. They weigh just over 1 pound but they're extremely warm. A must for camping.
